Absolutely. While we require personal information for your intake, what you share within your group is entirely your choice.Before your first session, you can even choose the display name you wish to use during group sessions.

No, we don't believe installing yet another app will help you overcome a tech-based addiction. We offer small, supportive virtual group programs—expert-led and evidence-based—to help you break your tech addiction and reclaim your life.

It varies. Many heroes report early gains in awareness and behavior change, but long-term sustainable results can take between 6 months and 2 years, depending on severity, support systems, and commitment to the process.

Due to our program structure, we generally do not offer refunds. Our groups are intentionally kept small to ensure quality and require careful scheduling.• Upfront payments: Non-refundable.

Tuition deposit + weekly payments: Tuition deposits are non-refundable. If you withdraw, you will not be charged for future weeks.• Subscriptions: Payments already processed are non-refundable, but no further payments will be charged after you notify us.• Exception: If Nostos cancels a session or program, we will issue a refund. This policy allows us to keep programs affordable while managing demand and availability.

We understand that life happens. For confidentiality, group sessions are not recorded. If you miss a session, you can stay engaged by completing the pre-readings, in-group exercises, and post-session materials. You’re also encouraged to connect with fellow cohort members for support and discussion. Please note that consistent attendance is strongly recommended for the best outcomes.

No. Nostos is designed to complement—not replace—individual therapy. Many of our participants also work with private therapists and find that Nostos enhances their recovery journey by adding structure, accountability, and peer support.

We intentionally keep our groups small, usually between 6–10 participants, to promote meaningful connections and active participation.

It depends on demand and your availability. Most participants are placed within a few weeks. However, for less common time slots, placement may take up to two months.
