Yes, as we continue to grow, we actively seek high-quality providers to join our referral network. Our primary focus is tech addiction. When patients require care beyond our scope, we refer them to trusted providers and resources.

ITC combines evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, coaching methodologies, and Motivational Interviewing—all delivered in a structured online group coaching format.

ITC is currently implemented at Nostos and within the #1 hospital system in New Jersey.

We do not provide medication management. We do not aim to replace your clinical care or “take patients.”ITC is targeted, time-limited, and outcome-driven. It serves as a focused adjunct to your practice, not as a substitute.

Not yet. Currently, our sole focus is delivering the highest quality care at an accessible price point. The insurance landscape has not yet established consistent diagnostic definitions or billing codes for tech-related addiction. Our priority is addressing the problem effectively while advocating for the broader psychiatric and insurance communities to catch up. We are committed to working toward future insurance acceptance.
