We offer small, supportive virtual group programs—expert-led and evidence-based—to help you break your tech addiction and reclaim your life.

Our sign-up process is personal and supportive. It starts with a complimentary call with a Nostos team member to answer any questions. Next is a confidential intake process followed by a private 1:1 meeting with your coach to discuss your goals and any concerns. You’ll then be matched with the group that best fits your needs. ITC combines evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, coaching methodologies, and Motivational Interviewing—all delivered in a structured online group coaching format.
